Processing Data: The resin has a viscosity of ~6,000 mPas and density of 1.2 g/cm³, while the hardener has a viscosity of ~110 mPas and density of 1.23 g/cm³. The mixing ratio is 100 parts resin to 60 parts hardener by weight. Pot life is approximately 50 seconds, with a demolding time of over 10 minutes and a curing time of 3-5 days at room temperature.

Physical Properties: The cured product has a Shore hardness of D 81, E-Modulus of 1,730 MPa, flexural strength of 55 MPa, tensile strength of 35 MPa, elongation at break of 11%, impact resistance of 48 kJ/m², and a heat distortion temperature of 63°C, which can be increased to 125°C after post-curing.

Packaging: The resin is available in 20 kg containers, while the hardener is available in 250 kg, 17 kg, and 4.25 kg containers.

Health and Safety: Users should refer to the Material Safety Data Sheets for detailed safety information. Disposal must comply with regulations, and packaging should be recycled or disposed of as product waste if not cleanable.

Processing Instructions: The material and processing temperature should be between 18-25°C, with a mold temperature of at least 20°C. The resin must be stirred thoroughly before use, and a two-component dosage mixing machine is required. Molds should be thoroughly released using recommended Sika products. Post-curing can improve thermal stability.

Storage: Biresin® RG53 Fibre has a shelf life of 6 months, and Biresin® U5 hardener has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in original unopened containers at 18-25°C. Crystallization can occur at low temperatures but can be resolved by warming.
