The mixing ratio is 100:18 by weight and 100:15 by volume. Pot life is 100 seconds, demolding time is 15 minutes, and curing time is approximately 1 day at room temperature.

Processing Instructions: The material, processing, and mold temperatures should be between 18 and 25°C. The resin component must be homogenized before use. A dosing and mixing machine suitable for the part volume and reactivity should be used. The resin component container should have a stirring device and possibly be heatable, while the hardener container should be protected against moisture. The resin mixtures should be poured into molds pre-treated with release agents.

Storage: Store in a temperature-controlled environment (18-25°C) in unopened original containers for up to 12 months. Crystallized components should be gently heated to a maximum of 70°C to decrystallize and then cooled to room temperature before use. Opened containers should be resealed immediately and used as soon as possible.
