Description:
  • Two-component epoxy system with Biresin® L89 resin (grey, filled) and Biresin® L89 hardener (blue, unfilled).

Packaging:
  • Biresin® L89 resin: 12 kg net

Processing Data:
  • Mixing ratio: 100 parts resin to 14 parts hardener by weight.
  • Mixed viscosity: pasty
  • Potlife: 60 minutes
  • Demoulding time: 24 hours
Processing Instructions:
  • Temperature for material, processing, and mold should be 18-25°C.
  • Shake hardener thoroughly before use.
  • Mix components mechanically or by hand for small amounts.
  • Ensure uniform color for complete mixing.
  • Spread larger amounts on a flat sheet if not applied quickly.
  • Apply mixed paste on partially gelled surface evenly.
  • Smooth and compress layers with a roller or by hand.
Storage:
  • Minimum shelf life of 12 months at 18-25°C in unopened containers.
  • Crystallization at low temperatures can be reversed by warming.
  • Close containers tightly after use to prevent moisture ingress.

■ The material, processing and mould temperature must be from 18 to 25°C. ■ The haderner component must be shaken thoroughly before use . □ Optimal mixing of resin and hardener component is possible with mechanical mixers; small amounts i. e. ■ Complete mixing of the components is shown by a uniform colour. ■ Prolonged mixing may raise the temperature of the reaction mass and shorten the potlife. ■ Larger amounts which can not be applied quickly spread out on a flat sheet. ■ Put on ready mixed laminating paste on the partially gelled surface resin or coupling layer in an even layer. □ Smooth...
