The Signode PSF is a power strap feeder designed for quick and efficient strapping of palletized or large packs. It replaces labor-intensive manual strapping, requiring only one operator and providing a safe, ergonomic workstation. The strapping tool is mounted on an overhead spring pivoting system for ease of use and reduced operator fatigue.

• Steel Strap: Width 12 mm to 19 mm; Gauge 0.4 mm to 0.9 mm. Quality: Apex or Magnus.
• Plastic Strap: Width 11 mm to 16 mm; Gauge 0.5 mm to 0.9 mm. Quality: Dylastic® (polypropylene) or Tenax® (polyester).

1. Strapfeed Around Load: Initiated by a push button, feeding strap around three sides of the load. A flap creates a strap loop in front of the operator, adjustable to operational needs.
2. Securing the Load: The strap is applied around the load, and the ends are inserted into the tool for tensioning and sealing. Unused strap can be returned to the dispenser with a second push button activation.
