M-CTL 16-32 Strap Cut-To-Length Robot The MCTL, shown here with optional strap table, enables steel strapping or PET Polyester strapping to be cut to pre-determined lengths fully automatically. The unit is prepared for 16-32 mm steel strapping up to 1,6mm thick and PET strapping from 16 to 32mm width and a gauge of up to 1,3 mm The main M-CTL robot is a highly compact, flexible unit which can cut straps to a pre-selected length and the number of straps can also be selected. Once the number of straps and their length has been entered into the system the unit works fully automatically.
