Palletized Paver & Block Packaging Systems Signode has developed a new range of machine using its proven modular interchangeable strapping heads for the paver segment. The paver pallet packaging line comprises a horizontal and a vertical strapping machine and if required a separate top sheet applicator unit. Here the modular horizontal machine applies up to six horizontal straps to the load using PET strapping to the load via pre-selected variable programmes. Top mounted Modular head system in head carriage easy access for service and if needed for quick module removal for preventative maintenance

Palletized Paver & Block Packaging Systems The Modular paver strapping system has been developed with a highly flexible design which offers a wide range of machine options, to suit most existing and new concrete paver packaging systems.
