SR400-SR400 HS The SR 400 horizontal flow wrapper is designed to be integrated in fully automatic packaging lines being able to achieve high production speed. This machine, designed to satisfy the most exigent requirement in the food industry, can be implemented with the proper feeding systems according to the products to be packed such biscuits, chocolate bars, muffin, etc. Managing software has been purposely designed to minimize operator’s intervention during production. One controller commands all axis and it is interfaced with the revolving arm to facilitate the operator’s work. Several optional accessories can be installed to meet a wide range of customer’s needs, such as: automatic film replacement and junction, empty or double bags rejecting system, motorized film roller, crumbs aspiration system, etc. The SR 400 range of machines includes the HS model, which is able to achieve up to 600 b/min. and the SR 400, up to 400 bpm.
