Operating Conditions:

Maximum Continuous Temperature: 80°C.
Sterilization: With reinforced end cap option, steam or autoclave at 121°C for 60 minutes (240 cycles) or 135°C for 30 minutes (25 cycles). Hot water at 90°C for 30 minutes (0.2 bar Δp max).
Chemical Sanitization: Compatible with peroxyacetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite, and peracetic acid at industry-standard concentrations.

Integrity Test Specifications:

0.2μm: Min. Bubble Point in water 3030mbar (44 psi), Water Diffusion flow ≤ 30 cc/min/10” at 2410mBar.
0.45μm: Min. Bubble Point in water 1720mbar (25 psi), Water Diffusion flow ≤ 30 cc/min/10” at 1380mbar.
0.65μm: Min. Bubble Point in water 1310mbar (19 psi), Water Diffusion flow ≤ 30 cc/min/10” at 1030mbar.
0.8μm: Min. Bubble Point in water 1030mbar (15 psi), Water Diffusion flow ≤ 30 cc/min/10” at 830mbar.
1μm: Min. Bubble Point in water 690mbar (10 psi), Water Diffusion flow ≤ 30 cc/min/10” at 550mbar.

End Caps: Available in Double open end, Code 3 (2 x 222/flat), Code 7 (2 x 226/fin), and Code 8 (2 x 222/fin).
