Overview:

IE3D-SI is a leading full-wave 3D EM design and verification solution for high-frequency IC, MMIC, package, and PCB designs. It provides accurate EM circuit models to meet performance requirements, supporting complete package, PCB, or circuit-level simulation and modeling. The solution includes automatic 3D geometry model creation for entire interconnect paths, ensuring fast and accurate results for broadband applications.

High Capacity:

IE3D-SI allows for full structure simulation without the need to simplify or reduce model size, unlike other EM tools. This capability ensures accurate modeling of parasitic coupling and electrical characteristics, optimizing system performance without widening design margins unnecessarily.

EM Modeling & Time Domain Simulation:

IE3D-SI provides multiport S-parameter models and broadband RCLK Spice sub-circuit models for time- or frequency-domain circuit simulators. These models integrate with HyperLynx and other simulators for effective time domain simulations, crucial for DDRx or SerDes designs.
