Product catalog summary
Introduction
The document provides technical details about SIEBEC's eductor nozzles, which are designed to enhance the agitation of baths used in surface treatment processes. These nozzles are mounted at the discharge outlet of SIEBEC pumps and significantly increase turbulence, improving the efficiency of the treatment process.

Specifications
The nozzles are manufactured from a single piece of either Polypropylene or PVDF, making them suitable for most surface treatment applications. They utilize a venturi effect to amplify the volume of liquid discharged, with one volume of liquid at the inlet resulting in five volumes at the outlet.

Technical Data
The nozzles are available in different dimensions, with specific lengths and diameters provided for various types. The optimum efficiency pressure for these nozzles ranges from 1.4 to 4.9 bars.

Advantages
  • Reduces energy consumption and maintains a homogeneous bath temperature.
  • Decreases the consumption of brighteners.
  • Improves cathodic agitation, preventing pitting caused by gaseous release.
  • Enhances deposit quality, including brightness and penetration.
  • Increases surface current density, speeding up deposition.
  • Reduces vapor emissions by approximately 90% compared to air agitation.
  • Improves cleaning bath efficiency by enhancing parts/product exchanges.

Applications
The nozzles are applicable in various processes, including zinc, nickel, chromium, phosphatization, rinsing/pickling, tin/lead, gold, silver, and copper treatments.

Conclusion
SIEBEC's eductor nozzles offer significant improvements in bath agitation and efficiency, making them a valuable component in surface treatment applications.

EDUCTOR NOZZLES Purpose: The agitation nozzles mounted at the discharge outlet of the SIEBEC pumps allow "multiplying by 5" turbulences and there-fore greatly improving the agitation of the baths. The electrolyte passing through the nozzles generates a venturi phenomenon : thus, for 1 volume of liquid pumped, 5 are discharged by the nozzles. Amplifying the mixed bath volume, the nozzles generate a large circulation of liquid around the parts to be treated. Manufacturing : moulded from a single piece made of Polypro-pylene or PVDF, the SIEBEC nozzles may be used for most surface treatment applications....
