Our BOPs union-cast alloy-steel bodies have none joints and connections including weld ones that is why there's no need in flaw detection during technical examinations and inspections. Thanks to vapor heating through inside-body casted ram cavity heating chambers our BOPs keep functioning even at -50° C. Any kind of slinging during BOP transportation and installation are possible thanks to lifting hooks unit-casted with preventor body. Thanks to our BOPs simple design no more than several effortless turns of the wheel are needed to close the rams. Polyurethane seals we use in our BOPs are more wear-resistant and rigid than usual rubber ones. They guarantee reliable functioning and sealing even in the most extreme conditions. Thanks to simplified repair technology and minimized number of spare parts ever needed it's possible to proceed all maintenance works with our BOPs right in the field. It also keeps our BOPs constantly efficient during 5-years guarantee service life that can be prolonged up to 8 years thanks to a special procedure. Special traits: — Thanks to cone-shaped neck and upper-flange side spiral stops various production inserts of our Modernized well-head sealing equipment assembly can be used inside preventer-body of our BOP models marked with "T” — Ellipse-shaped bottom flange openings enable easy connection with various well-head equipment.
