Double Ram BOP 7-1/16" 5,000 psi Double Ram BOP 7-1/16" 3,000 psi Double Ram BOP 6-3/8" 5,000 psi Double Ram BOP 6-1/8" 3,000 psi Guarantor-Combi series is a range of compact and light-weight hydraulic-drive ram BOPs which union-cast alloy-steel bodies have none joints and connections including weld ones. Thanks to gas/ liquid heat-carrier circulating through inside-body casted ram cavity heating chambers Guarantor-Combi series BOPs keep functioning even at -50° C. Any kind of slinging during BOP transportation and installation are possible thanks to lifting hooks unit-casted with preventor body. Rams and drives simple design guarantees reliable functioning and sealing even at low hydraulic system pressure. No more than several effortless turns of the wheel are needed to close the rams in hand-drive mode. Hydraulic fluid feed channels are inside the drives bodies with none outer tubing. Polyurethane seals we use in our Guarantor-Combi series BOPs are more wear-resistant and rigid than usual rubber ones. They guarantee reliable functioning and sealing even at temperatures below 0° C. To boot , polyurethane seals are less likely to extrude into gaps while pressure is applied. Our own research and field tests as well as our customers' experience have already verified polyurethane seals to be a highly reliable option. Still we're ready to equip our BOPs with rubber seals upon our customer's request. Thanks to simplified repair technology and minimized number of spare parts ever needed it's possible to proceed all maintenance works with our BOPs right in the field. It also keeps our BOPs constantly efficient during 5-years guarantee service life that can be prolonged up to 8 years thanks to a special procedure.
