The HTS6 series is a high-precision analog voltage output tilt sensor designed for industrial applications. It supports single-axis and dual-axis measurements with an accuracy of 0.005° for small-range applications. The sensor uses gravity field vector decomposition and a solid-state pendulum structure to convert tilt changes into a 0-5V voltage signal. It features a 24-bit differential-to-analog converter and an embedded MCU for real-time processing, including temperature compensation and nonlinear correction, ensuring high accuracy without secondary calibration. The non-contact measurement design simplifies installation and enhances resistance to electromagnetic interference.
