Product Features
The ESRS is a configurable safety control module designed to support a variety of safety components such as emergency buttons, safety door switches, safety light curtains, LiDAR, and two-hand buttons. It can accommodate up to 6 safety component inputs, 2 relay safety outputs, and 4 semiconductor outputs. The module's configuration software allows for customizable safety control logic to suit different field applications. It is designed in accordance with ISO13849-1 (Category 4, PLe) standards.

Output Features
The module includes 2 normally open relay contacts and 4 PNP signal transistor outputs. It features an intuitive status indicator for easy operation status diagnosis and a detachable terminal for easy maintenance. The module is equipped with self-diagnosis and redundant circuit design, supporting a variety of safety input signals.

Electrical Data
The power supply ranges from 20V to 30VDC with a current consumption of ≤110mA at 24VDC. The input current is ≤50mA at 24VDC with a wire resistance of ≤15Ω. Supported devices include emergency stops, safety gates, safety light curtains, safety mats, two-hand buttons, interlock switches, and reset buttons.

Semiconductor Features
The module provides 4 PNP outputs with a drive power of 2A at 24VDC.

Time Features
Operation time is ≤100ms, release time is ≤30ms, restore time is ≤100ms, and power break time is 20ms.

Ambient Features
The module complies with EN60947, EN61000-6-2, and EN61000-6-4 standards. It operates within a frequency range of 10Hz to 55Hz with an amplitude of 0.35mm. The ambient temperature range is -20℃ to +60℃, with a storage temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃ and relative humidity of 10% to 90%.

Insulating Features
The module has an overvoltage level of III, a pollution level of 2, a rated insulating voltage of 250VAC, a rated impact voltage of 6000V (1.2/50us), and a dielectric strength of 1500VAC for 1 minute. It complies with EN60947-1 standards.

Certificates and Safety Levels
The module is certified with SIL3, PLe, and Cat.4 safety levels.

Product Parameters
The relay contacts are made of AgSnO2 with a switching capacity of 5A/250VAC and 5A/24VDC. It includes 10A fast and 6A slow fuse protection.
