Industrial 5G Router IR2000 Series
The IR2000 Series is an industrial-grade 5G router designed for high-speed IoT applications across various sectors such as transportation, enterprise connectivity, and digital signage. It supports global 5G, 4G, and 3G bands and features a compact industrial form factor.
The router is built with a high-performance industrial-grade wireless communication module and a 32-bit MIPS processor. It features a plate metal CRS shell for effective heat dissipation and supports a wide power input range of 7.5V to 32V DC. The device is designed for low power consumption and heat generation, with options for desktop or wall mount installation.
Equipped with hardware and software watchdog timer (WDT) design, the IR2000 ensures continuous online connectivity by rebooting automatically if disconnected. It includes built-in 1.5KV electromagnetic isolation protection for the Ethernet interface.
The router supports remote management through a cloud platform, allowing for online monitoring, parameter configuration, equipment upgrades or reboots, log queries, and parameter backups.
The IR2000 supports multiple WAN connection methods, including Static IP, DHCP, and PPPOE. It offers VPN client support for PPTP, L2TP, IPSec, OPENVPN, N2N, and GRE. The router also supports DHCP, DDNS, Firewall, NAT, DMZ host, ICMP, TCP/IP, UDP, Telnet, SSH, FTP, HTTP, and HTTPS protocols. Additional features include scheduled reboot, QOS, UPnP protocol, port forwarding, and UDP broadcast relay.
The router supports APN and VPDN private network access, failover, backup, and load balancing between WAN and cellular networks. It also supports WiFi 802.11b/g/n with AP/Client/Routing/Repeat Mode.
The IR2000 includes a standard 3.5mm terminal block interface with built-in phase-reversal and over-voltage protection. It has a standard drawer type with 2 SIM slots, supporting 1.8V/3V SIM/UIM with 15KV ESD protection. The device features 4 SMA female cellular antennas with a characteristic impedance of 50 ohms.
The router operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +75°C and can be stored between -40°C and +85°C. It supports relative humidity from 0% to 95% without condensation. The housing is metal IP30, and the device weighs approximately 350g, excluding antennas and mounting parts. Dimensions are 98×64.5×24.5mm.
