The RELENTLESS-V is comprised of the following machines: • Case Erecting Machine • Case Packing Machine • Case Sealing Machine SA Case Packing Machine is comprised of the following main components: • Box (case, carton) conveyor system • Canister conveyor system • Loading station • Manipulator - lifts the canisters and places them inside the boxes The canisters are arranged at the loading station according to the matrix that suits the box. The manipulator lifts all the canisters in the matrix and places them in the box. THE MANIPULATOR VACUUM GRIPPERS 8 changeable grippers for 10 types of canisters (grippers can be changed/added according to customer’s requirements). Toolless, super-fast (approx. 1 minute of work) and easiest changeover of the grippers. The grippers are driven by a FESTO 2-axis servo-driven manipulator that lifts the canisters and puts them into the case.

ENERGY SAVING The vacuum is created by an energy-saving generator that builds a desired vacuum and maintains it while it is turned off. As soon as the sensor detects a drop in the vacuum, the generator returns to work until it rebuilds the desired vacuum again.
