Ideal for infant formula packging, canister wipes or any other snap-on application, VALEXTRA was specifically designed to apply round, oval and other shaped snap-on lids automatically, accurately and consistently to containers. It offers customers multiple orientation functionality (container orientation, lid orientation and lid-tocontainer orientation).

Basic indicative VALEXTRA layout

VALEXTRA’s smart top lids hopper is one of two smart hopers the machine features. The top hopper’s proprietary design fastens partially open lids and up/down orientates them as needed. 1

VALEXTRA’s built-in QC and reject system verifies that every product leaving the machine is properly lidded.
