Anaerobic Chamber Introducing the newest member of the SHEL LAB line of BACTRON chambers! The new BactronEZ is a budget friendly, modular anaerobic chamber with a 13.7 cu.ft. (388 L) workspace and a 300 plate capacity incubator. Users are able to choose a complete essential accessories kit, or simply choose the accessories they want to fit specific workflow needs. Unlike many anaerobic chambers on the market, the BACTRON line of products are constructed of heavy-duty, easy to clean stainless steel which make them airtight and durable. The rigid Plexiglass front panel allows for an unobstructed view of the interior workspace. It also includes ergonomic armport doors that ensure user comfort and minimizes fatigue during extended working sessions in the chamber. Chamber atmosphere circulates through a condensate controller then through a catalyst which removes any trace amounts of oxygen. High relative humidity is maintained while condensate moisture is removed without using desiccants, which can dehydrate media and samples. Worry free sample preparation and incubation Anaerobes that are exposed to oxygen die or grow more slowly. Unlike anaerobic jars, which expose samples to oxygen during plating, isolation, sub-culturing and susceptibility testing, the BactronEZ is a complete workstation where samples can be prepared, incubated and evaluated in an oxygen free environment. Faster, more reliable diagnoses in critical patient situations The user has complete access to individual samples within the incubator and may determine the presence of anaerobic bacteria at any time during incubation. In addition, increasing attention to hospital acquired infections has made quick, accurate detection of anaerobes that cause infections extremely important. We take customer safety seriously Unlike many anaerobic chambers that do not carry any safety mark or are self-certified internally (CE marked), the BACTRON family of chambers carries a full third party verified safety compliance certificates.
