TRIMMING-BEADING MACHINE SMM Ø1000 FOR WORKING METAL HEAD CAPS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS  Max diameter of piece to be processed: 1000 mm.  Spindle motor power: 15 kW.  Spindle speed: 5-120 turn/1°.  Hydraulic presser force 4500 kg, stroke 600 mm.  Hydraulic ejector force 2500 kg, stroke 50 mm.  N°1 Hydraulic unit for horizontal trimming.  N°1 Hydraulic unit for inner beading / joggling.  Touch-screen for programming the machine.  Safety guards, made in aluminium, fixed on three sides.  Safety light curtain, in front side of the machine, to protect the operator’s area.
