The sensitive component is with analog voltage output of DC0.5-4.5Vol, the signal is firstly filtered by the filter circuit, then turn to the 16bits AD converter which is connected with the MCU by SPI. The sensitive component is processed by zero calibration, sensitivity calibration, anti-sine calibration, accuracy calibration and so on, so finally the sensor can be output angle information directly. Our sensor is calibrated by the acceleration of gravity in Shanghai (g = 9.794m/sA2) . When the sensor is used on other place and have a high accuracy requirements, the effective of the change of the acceleration should be removed by the following formula: Angle after calibration=arcsin{[sin(measured angle by the sensor) ]*acceleration of gravity in Shanghai/acceleration of gravity on-spot} Eg. If the sensor is used on Moscow, which is with the gravity acceleration of g = 9.816m/sA2, when the sensor is with angle output of 30°, the actual angle is arcsin [(sin30)*9.794/ 9.816)=29.925°....
