The PT124G-123T Series Melt Pressure Transducer is designed for high accuracy pressure and temperature measurement in melt fluid mediums, such as plastics and polymers. It features a flexible stem and includes a thermocouple for simultaneous pressure and temperature readings. The transducer uses a special construction and alloy elastic membrane to minimize thermal drift and enhance accuracy. It is compatible with PLC systems and suitable for various industrial applications.

- Ensure correct machining of the mounting hole before installation. Use an aluminum gasket and secure the electronics housing with the provided bracket.
- Remove transducers only when the polymer is molten and clean the diaphragm with a soft cloth.
- Allow sufficient soak time for the transducer tip to reach operating temperature before starting the process.
- Keep the electrical housing at room temperature to maintain accuracy and prolong the transducer's life.
- Avoid prolonged overload pressure to prevent accuracy degradation.
- Use shielded cables and ground the cable shield at one end to prevent interference.
- 5PIN and 6PIN configurations are available for different output functions, including 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, and 4-20mA.
- Color-coded wiring diagrams are provided for each configuration to ensure correct installation.
