Installation Instructions

Do not remove the protective cap until ready to install. Verify correct machining of the mounting hole and use an aluminum gasket for installation.
Ensure no metal or plastic remains when removing the transducer. Clean the diaphragm with a soft cloth and use the ZHYQ cleaning tool kit for the mounting hole.
During start-up, ensure the system reaches operating temperature and follow zero and span adjustment procedures.
The transducer's tip can withstand high temperatures, but the shell should remain below 80℃ to maintain accuracy and longevity.
Avoid overloading the transducer beyond its rated pressure to prevent accuracy degradation.
Use shielded cables and ground the cable shield at one end to prevent interference.
