Installation and Maintenance

Do not remove the protective cap until installation. Verify mounting hole machining and use an aluminum gasket.
Ensure no metal or plastic remains before cleaning the extruder. Remove the transducer only when the polymer is molten and clean the diaphragm immediately.
Bring the system to operating temperature and follow zero and span adjustment procedures.
The transducer tip can endure high temperatures, but the shell should remain below 80℃.
Avoid overloading the transducer to maintain accuracy and lifespan.
Use shielded cable and ground at one end to prevent interference.
