Installation and Maintenance

Ensure correct machining of the mounting hole before installation. Use an aluminum gasket and secure the electronics housing with the provided bracket.
Remove transducers only when the polymer is molten and clean the diaphragm with a soft cloth.
During start-up, ensure the system reaches operating temperature and follow procedures for zero and span adjustment.
Keep the transducer shell at room temperature to maintain accuracy and prolong life.
Avoid prolonged overload pressure to prevent accuracy degradation.
Use shielded cables and ground the cable shield at one end to prevent interference.

Wiring Instructions

5PIN and 6PIN configurations are provided for different output functions, with specific color coding for signal and excitation connections.
