Installation and Operation

Do not remove the protective cap until installation. Verify the mounting hole and use an aluminum gasket. Secure the electronics housing with the provided bracket.
Ensure no metal or plastic remains when removing the transducer. Clean the diaphragm with a soft cloth and use the ZHYQ cleaning tool kit for the mounting hole.
Allow sufficient soak time for the transducer tip to reach operating temperature before starting the process.
The transducer tip can withstand high temperatures, but the shell should remain below 80℃ to maintain accuracy and longevity.
Avoid overloading the transducer beyond its rated pressure to prevent accuracy degradation and reduced lifespan.
Use shielded cables and ground the cable shield at one end to prevent interference.
