Motion and Position sensor MGS-H01 is a step analog voltage output type magnetic navigation sensor for AGV. MGS-H01 is composed of 16 bit original magnetic sensor elements, encoder and D/A converter. The step analog voltage (Deviation out) changes proportional to a relative position between MGS-H01 and a magnetic guide tape. MGS-H01 has a route selection function signal the step voltage changes according to the instruction signal. Gate signal (Gate out) indicating a controllable area is simultaneously output. MGS-H16 is a 16 bits multiple switching output type guide sensor for magnetic tape navigation AGV. Built-in 16 bits magnetic switches formed a line in every 10mm pitch detect magnetic flux from a magnetic guide tape. The correlation between MGS-H16 and a magnetic guide tape can be recognized by output ON/OFF parallel bit pattern. At the same time, MGS-H8 MGS-H24,MGS-H3,MGS-H12 and the RS-485,and canopen interface be selected.
