- Air-egress Clear Permanent Gloss Vinyl Film-UHB401Q: Composed of 90 μm PVC film with a total thickness of 113±10 μm. It uses a clear permanent acrylic solvent adhesive and a 140 gsm double-side PE coated air-egress paper liner. Suitable for temperatures between -20°C and +70°C.
- Air-egress Clear Permanent Gloss Vinyl Film-UHBc01Q: Features 85 μm PVC film with a total thickness of 108±10 μm. It also uses a clear permanent acrylic solvent adhesive and a 140 gsm double-side PE coated air-egress paper liner. Suitable for temperatures between -20°C and +70°C.
Application and Usage
These vinyl films are ideal for both indoor and outdoor advertising, including digital inkjet printing platforms such as solvent-based, eco-solvent, and UV. The recommended process environment is clean, with a relative humidity of 50 ± 10% and a temperature of 23 ± 5°C.
Storage and Handling
The products should be stored at 23±2°C with a relative humidity of 50±5%. The storage period is one year under these conditions. Post-processing requires the printed film to be fully dried and cured to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
