Description: This document describes the functionality of the Safety Chain Monitoring Board ES.02/F, which is used to monitor the switch states of the safety chains in escalators. Key components monitored include the upper control cabinet scram button, middle inclined scram button, upper left and right side comb teeth board switches, and the main drive chain. The system ensures that if any switch fails, protective actions are triggered through CAN communication and main board communication. Additionally, the safety up and down chain fault acquisition boards also utilize CAN communication, significantly reducing the need for extensive cabling.
