LW24XX LED Hig h Beam Work ligh t LW24XX-E1-V11 Application LED work light is applied for the lighting system of various mining machinery(heavy truck, grader, dril rig, etc), metallurge, chemical industries, mine and marine vessel, etc. Major functions and features • Based on mining machinery lighting technology, high power LED light source, it features high luminance, low power consumption and long lifetime. • Aluminum body features excellent heat emission, anti oxidation ability for long term stable operation. • Sealed structure, excellent waterproof capacity and vibration resistance capacity. The vibration Mounting dimension ( Unit: mm ) resistance strength is 20G and the impact resistance strength is 60G. • 0°~350° mounting angle and built-in Deutsch socket to make the cable connection convenient Specification Installation and operation • To check the power supply voltage is same as the nominal voltage • Fix the lamps to the mounting surface which has enough mechnical strengthen with M12 screws. The mounting angle of the bracket is adjustable within 0°~350° • With built-in Deutsch socket, 1 is positive and 2 is negative • The lamp is lit once powered on. Note • For high-power lamp , the surface temperature is high, it cannot be covered. And the distance from the object no less than 3m, to avoid burns or fire. •The part of material of products is PC( like lamp cover and lamp shell ), so it cannot direct or indirect touch the organic solvent, such as industrial alcohol, banana oil, isopropyl alcohol, carbon tetrachloride, cyclohexanone and so on, otherwise, the product will be corroision. • Do not reversely connect the power supply • The light has over-temperature protection. When the ambient temperature reach 55 °C, the power consumption reduces and turn into linear derating mode. It can keep 30% of rating power under the maximum operating temperature. • Please external connect the fuse of rated current 10A to protect the circuit • Do not use it until the bracket and lamps are screwed tightly • It is normal that the lamp has the temperature rise.
