Working Principle

Crushing Plant Process

Instructions and Maintenance

Regular lubrication is crucial, with specific greases recommended based on climate conditions. The lubrication system should be checked frequently to ensure optimal performance.

Safety and Troubleshooting
Operators must be trained, and it is prohibited to adjust or clean the machine while in operation. Common issues such as flywheel rotation without crushing or high bearing temperatures have specified causes and solutions, such as replacing broken springs or adding lubricant.
