Working Principle
The crusher consists of a case, rotor, iron bearing, and grate bars. The case is divided into upper and lower parts, welded together, with other parts connected by bolts. Inside, a high manganese steel liner can be replaced after wear. The rotor, driven by a motor and V-belt, rotates, causing the hammers to stretch out due to centrifugal force, crushing bulk materials in the chamber. Standard-sized stones pass through the grate bars, while others are re-crushed until they meet the size requirement.
