Torsion Testing Machine WNJ Series │ WNJ-100~2000 1 Introduction WNJ Series Computer Controlled Torsion Testing Machine or Twist Testing Machine are used to determine the torsional properties of various components – from fasteners to biomedical devices. HUALONG offers a full range of torsion load frames range from 100 to 30,000 Nm, higher capacity and other longer length models are available upon request. These uniquely superior torsion testers provide loading and weighing capabilities in both directions of rotation. This feature makes it possible to conveniently determine not only the ultimate torque load of a specimen, but how that specimen behaves under conditions of continuous or intermittent torque loading in both directions. Essentially, each torsion tester comprises a variable speed drive loading system and a digital control and indicating system in a fixed unit. The weighing head with its strain gage torque sensor is mounted on a moveable unit which can positioned on the rails to accommodate specimens of varying lengths. HUALONG TestWorld-WNJ V4.1 allows complete machine control along with capture and analysis of the resultant torsional test data, showing the material behavior throughout the test.
