The PWS Series fatigue testing machines are designed with lightweight crossheads and stiff load frame components to minimize deflections and enhance system performance. They feature high-response servo valves for precise control and hydraulic service manifolds with accumulators to improve actuator response. The systems are suitable for both dynamic and static testing applications due to their high load unit stiffness and low friction actuators. They are fully self-contained for easy relocation and come with vibration isolators for quiet operation. A variety of add-on fixtures and transducers are available, including hydraulic grips and extensometers. The machines also support elevated temperature testing with a closed-loop cooling system.

Introduction and Flexibility
The HUALONG PWS series is versatile, suitable for testing a wide range of components and materials, including medical devices, shock absorbers, plastics, metals, and composites. They can perform various tests such as tension, compression, flex/bend fatigue, fracture mechanics, damping properties, and vibration testing. The machines feature hydraulic lifts and locks for easy crosshead positioning and can be configured with different actuator stroke lengths, force capacities, and servo valve combinations. All load units are fatigue-rated, allowing for accurate static and dynamic tests.

Load Frame and Servo-Pump
The load frame features a double-column structure with a servo linear actuator at the bottom. The crosshead is hydraulically elevated and locked for stability and reliability. The columns are chrome-plated for durability. The servo linear actuator includes a displacement transducer and a high-response servo valve, with a frequency response of at least 250 Hz. The system is equipped with a high-precision load cell and low-noise components, including dual-elastic motor pump supports and low-noise gear pumps. The hydraulic module includes various valves, a water cooler, and a temperature control meter, with alarms for oil temperature and filter obstruction.

Optional Control and Data Acquisition System
The DOLI EDC 220 system can operate standalone or with a PC, providing digital control for various testing instruments. It features high load resolution, automatic transducer calibration, and compatibility with standard PCs. The system is compact and widely used, with over 20,000 units in operation worldwide.

The PWS Series models range from PWS-25 to PWS-1000, with static and dynamic load capacities from 25 kN to 1000 kN. They offer a measuring accuracy of 1% of reading, a frequency range of 0.01 to 100 Hz, and an actuator stroke of ±50 mm. The machines meet or exceed standards such as ASTM E4 and ISO 7500-1. They require a power supply of 220/240 VAC, 50-60 Hz, free of spikes and surges exceeding 10% of the nominal voltage.
