Ribofire Burner Ribofire burners are constructed from standard steel tubing, which is milled with a narrow slot and fitted with stainless steel crimped ribbon packs. These ribbon packs create linear flame burners of any length and heat output, offering a highly uniform flame pattern and heating effects. Single-zone and three-zone designs are available as standard. The crimped ribbon packs interlock to form small, low-velocity flames that stabilize the main ports, which are configured in standard arrangements. These configurations generate different port area patterns for various applications and heat release rates. For efficient air-gas mixture supply to the Ribofire burner, operation with a venturi mixer or atmospheric injectors is recommended. Additionally, ignition and flame detection electrodes can be installed for automatic operation in high-temperature processes. All Ribofire burners can be supplied with mounting plates and a tri-zone distributor for heat balancing.
