Some heat exchange tubes are distributed inside the cylinder, the cold air/cooling circulating water enters the heat exchange tubes from outside, and the dried materials are added from the upper part of the higher end to make effective contact with the outer wall of the heat exchange tubes in the cylinder. The heat passes through the wall of heat exchange tubes and is taken away with the cold air/cooling circulating water and the cooled product is collected from the lower end.
