Working Principle
The equipment is designed for grinding materials with high hardness, purity, and added value. Compressed air, after being filtered and dried, is injected into the milling chamber at high speed through a Laval nozzle. At the intersection of multiple high-pressure air streams, the material undergoes repeated collisions, rubbing, and shearing to achieve grinding. The milled material is then moved to the classification area by the upward airflow, driven by fan pumping force. A high-speed rotating classification turbine generates strong centrifugal force, separating coarse and fine materials. Fine particles that meet the requirements are collected by a cyclone separator and bag filter through the grading wheel, while coarse particles return to the milling area for further grinding.
