They feature PFAS-free hollow fibre membranes that effectively remove particulate turbidity, bacteria, and viruses. These cartridges are applicable in drinking water treatment systems and wastewater treatment as submerged units.

C-MEM™ Membrane Specifications: The membrane is made from high-density polyethylene with a medium pore size of 20 nm. Each bundle contains 1400 fibres, providing a filter area of 1.5 m².

C-MEM™ Filter Cartridge 6: This model includes 4 bundles, offering a total filter area of 6 m². It measures 410 mm in height and 165 mm in diameter, weighing 1.3 kg. It features 1 ¼˝ external thread connections for air scouring and clean water.

C-MEM™ Filter Cartridge 12: This model includes 8 bundles, providing a filter area of 12 m². It measures 742 mm in height and 165 mm in diameter, weighing 2.25 kg. It also features 1 ¼˝ external thread connections.

Feed Requirements: The cartridges operate within a temperature range of 4 – 40°C and can handle solids content of less than 10 mg/l and dissolved substances of less than 1,000 mg/l.

The maximum transmembrane pressure is 6.0 bar, with a backwash pressure of 0.5 bar. The maximum free chlorine level is 5000 ppm at 25°C, and the total chlorine contact is 1.0 million ppm cumulatively.
