Fast and Easy Inspection
Inspections are completed in a few seconds and are user-independent. The process is non-destructive and non-intrusive, making it suitable for online control.

Performance
The imaging system includes two types of CMOS monochromatic cameras: one with a resolution of 3000x2208 pixels and another with 640x480 pixels. The system can capture up to 5 frames per second with the first camera and up to 60 frames per second with the second. The focal lengths are 25mm and 12mm, respectively, with apertures ranging from F/1.4 to F/22 and F/1.4 to F/16. Measurement uncertainties are 0.25 mm for dimensions and 0.9 mm² for area, with cycle times completed within seconds.

General Specifications
The system dimensions are 1940 mm in height, 1150 mm in depth, and 1884 mm in length. These values are typical and can be customized according to specific control requirements. Measurement uncertainties are guideline values and depend on the part being controlled.

Versatile Inspection Solution
The INSPEX OUT system provides a versatile inspection solution by Industrial Vision. It can detect surface defects such as cracks, scratches, and deformations, as well as incorrect assemblies like missing or mispositioned screws and connectors. It also checks for finish issues such as color and burrs, dimensions, and foreign objects. The system is adaptable to mono or multi-material parts and systems of various sizes and shapes.
