ATEX European Hazardous Area Certification The SERVOFLEX Micro i.s. 5100 is available with the following markings for ATEX: Cer�ficate numbers: Baseefa06ATEX0124 (5100 Series) Baseefa06ATEX0182X (5100S Series) Specific Condi�ons of use (5100S Series Only): 1. This apparatus is designed for use in ambient atmospheric pressures in the range 0.8bar to 1.1bar and air with normal oxygen content i.e. typically 21% v/v. The 5100S Series Gas analyser may addi�onally have the gas ports connected to a pressurised gas source with normal oxygen content up to a maximum pressure of 1.8bar absolute (26psia)....
