General Features
The N ETPRO-11 H series is a single-phase uninterruptible power supply (UPS) ranging from 1 to 20 kVA. It features pure sine wave output, online UPS with double conversion technology, and is controlled by a DSP microprocessor. The system includes an IGBT rectifier and inverter, static by-pass, and a wide input voltage operation range. Additional features include cold start capability, input power factor correction, high efficiency with energy saving, EMI/RFI filters, selectable input/output voltage and frequency, an advanced battery charger, and communication via RS232. The UPS is designed to be compact, light, and quiet, with a user-friendly LCD panel and maximum safety ensured by CPU control. It is environmentally friendly, made entirely in Turkey, and offers low installation and operational costs, easy maintenance, and a 10-year spare part warranty with 24/7 technical support.

Optional Features
The UPS can be equipped with advanced remote monitoring and management via SNMP, long backup with external batteries, easy power-up with paralleling, galvanic isolation transformer, and special input/output options.

Technical Specifications
Input: Nominal voltage options range from 208V to 240V AC, with a voltage range of 110-295V AC at 50% load and 160-260V AC at 100% load. The nominal frequency is 50Hz/60Hz with a tolerance of ±10%. The input power factor is ≥0.99, and total harmonic distortion (THDi) is less than 6%.
Output: Nominal voltage options are the same as input, with a voltage tolerance of ±1%. The nominal frequency is 50Hz/60Hz with a frequency tolerance of 0.2% (self-synchronize) to 2% (mains synchronize). Total harmonic distortion (THDv) is less than 3% for linear loads and less than 5% for nonlinear loads. The crest factor is 3:1, and the power factor is 0.8. The output waveform is a pure sine wave, with overload capacities of 105-150% for 30 seconds and over 150% for 100 milliseconds.
Static Bypass: Input voltage options are the same as input/output, with a transition time of less than 4 milliseconds and an overload capacity of 150%.
Battery: The system uses full maintenance-free dry-type batteries, with configurations ranging from 2 to 16 pieces of 12VDC. Charge current and temperature are adjustable, with microprocessor and smart sensor control.
General: The operation technology is on-line double conversion, with an LCD/LED display. Control is managed by SPWM controlled IGBT rectifier and inverter, with efficiency up to 93%. Paralleling and redundancy features are optional, and protection includes overload, over-temperature, and output short circuit.
Communication: Advanced communication options include RS232, dry contacts, SNMP, and USB (optional), with PC software available.
Environmental Properties: The operating temperature range is -10°C to +50°C, with relative humidity from 0% to 95% (non-condensing) and altitude up to 3000 meters. Noise levels are below 55 dB, and the protection class is IP20.
