P 500 AC TA

Product catalog summary
Overview: The P500ACTA is a domestic ozone generator designed for applications such as ozonating water bottles, small tanks, and hermetic bags. It uses a Teflon or silicone tube to conduct ozone, with a maximum length of 2 meters. The device is housed in a stainless steel case and includes a cyclical timer for controlling production time.
Installation and Functioning: This portable generator is easy to transport and features an ozonated air outlet at the rear. The outlet tube should be 4/6 mm in diameter and made from ozone-resistant materials. The generator requires clean, dry air for optimal operation and longevity. It is crucial to ensure the air is free from dust, grease, and moisture. The generator should not be manipulated while connected to the electrical network due to discharge risks.
Usage Instructions: Connect the generator to a 230V network with an earth connection. The production is regulated by an analog cyclic timer, allowing adjustment of operating and stop times. The timer operates cyclically, repeating the start and stop cycle indefinitely. External timers can also be used for specific timing needs.
Applications: The P500ACTA is suitable for small ozonation treatments in water bottles, jugs, airtight disinfection bags, deodorization, and ambient air treatment. Ozone is applied through a duct to the target area, ensuring the generator remains outside the treated space.
Technical Characteristics: The generator operates on a 230V 50Hz power supply, with a consumption of 0.2 A. It measures 340x165x165 mm and weighs 4.2 kg, with a maximum production of 500 mg/h. The device includes an acyclical timer and a 2 A fuse, and is constructed from stainless steel.
Precautions and Maintenance: The generator should not be opened while connected to the electrical network. It must be repaired by authorized personnel if malfunctioning. Maintenance and cleaning should also be performed by authorized personnel. The generator is not suitable for use in cold rooms.

Use of the Generator Connect the generator to the 230V network through a plug equipped with an earth connection. Activate the start switch and the equipment will start to work. The regulation of the production is carried out by time, by means of an analog cyclic timer, being able to regulate the operating time and the stop time within that cycle, which will be repeated indefinitely. This is the way to regulate the production, since the ozone generation is measured in mg/h, by regulating the operating time we manage to regulate the production. The cycles are from 4 to 7 minutes depending on the...
