Ozone Generator MOD GO 50V

Product catalog summary
Overview: The GO 50 V model is an ozone generator designed for ambient air treatment applications. It features a stainless steel case and a cyclical timer to control ozone production time. Ozone is expelled through a front diffuser grille using an internal fan.
Installation and Functioning: The generator is designed for wall installation, preferably at a high position since ozone is heavier than air. It should be mounted using screws or hooks through holes on the metal chassis. Ensure the air inlet at the rear is not obstructed to maintain proper fan operation. Avoid installing in dirty or damp environments to prevent performance issues. The generator operates continuously with a cyclical timer, alternating every minute to control reactor temperature. The fan runs continuously, and operation begins once the power switch is activated and the blue LED is on.
Precautions: Do not manipulate or open the generator while connected to the electrical network due to discharge risk. Avoid using in temperatures exceeding 50°C and protect from outdoor and corrosive environments.
Application: Ozone, a variation of oxygen, decomposes easily to react with air pollutants, effectively eliminating odors, bacteria, viruses, and fungi. It is suitable for industrial, commercial, or domestic installations to eliminate odors and contamination risks. For optimal use, place the generator high, avoid obstructing air inlets/outlets, and do not place near heat sources or open windows. Multiple generators should be evenly distributed for uniform ozone distribution. External timers can be used for scheduled operation, but dimmers or regulators should not be used.
Technical Characteristics: The generator operates on a 230V 50Hz power supply, consuming 18W. It measures 170x200x65 mm, weighs 0.5 kg, and produces up to 50 mg/h of ozone. It includes a 1 A fuse and is housed in a stainless steel box. Modifications to characteristics can occur without notice. Ensure the voltage outlet has a ground connection, and avoid using the generator if the power supply exceeds 230 V ± 10% or if there are excessive surges. Damaged power cables or connections should not be used, and repairs must be conducted by authorized personnel. Maintenance and cleaning should also be performed by authorized personnel. The generator is not suitable for use inside cold rooms.

Ozone Generator MOD GO 50 V INSTALlATION AND FUNCTIONING Please read this manual carefully before installing and/or connecting the generator Precaution: Do not manipulate or open the generator while it is connected to the electrical network. Discharge risk Do not use in environments where the temperature may exceed 50°C The GO 50 V model is ready for wall installation. It is preferable that the generator is located as high as possible since ozone is heavier than air. For wall installation, the generator is ready to be hung on the wall with two (or four) fixing screws (or hooks) with their corresponding...

APPLICATION Ozone is a variation of oxygen with a molecule made up of three atoms. This molecule decomposes easily, releasing an oxygen atom, which reacts in chemical combination with air pollutants, acting mainly on organic compounds as well as on bacteria, viruses, and fungi, destroying them and preventing their formation. Ozone, due to its great oxidizing power, has among others the following properties: -Elimination of odors, bactericide, sterilization With which we manage to eliminate: TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Power supply Consumption Dimensions Weight Production Regulation Electrical production...
