• Unions (Verschraubungen / Raccords): Includes straight unions, male and female adaptor unions, panel mount unions, reductions, nipple connections, solder/weld-on unions, adjustable unions, SAE flare, elbow unions, banjo unions, and V-distributor unions. Materials covered include PVDF, PA, brass (Ms), stainless steel (SS), steel (St), and chemically nickel-plated brass (Ms-CV).
• Tee Unions (T-Verschraubungen / Tés): Standard tees, male adaptor tees, tees with male or female adaptors, adjustable tees, banjo tees, and cross unions. Same material range as unions.

Material Selection and Application Guidance

The choice of system group depends on the transported medium, operating pressure, temperature, and environment. The system supports a wide range of media including air, gases, liquids, oils, and aggressive or corrosive fluids. Materials are selected accordingly:

• PVDF and PA: Suitable for various aggressive and non-aggressive media.
• Brass (Ms) and Chemically Nickel-Plated Brass (Ms-CV): Suitable for non-corrosive and slightly aggressive media.
• Stainless Steel (SS) and Steel (St): Suitable for corrosive and heavy-duty applications.

Operating Pressure and Tube Diameter
