SERTOmatic kann gleichermassen für die Einzelmontage vor Ort wie für die stationäre Serienproduktion verwendet werden und garantiert dabei eine stets perfekte Verpressung mit konstanter Qualität und hoher Wirtschaftlichkeit. Pro Grösse "D" und Materialtyp wird je ein Werkzeugeinsatz benötigt; diese sind beschriftet, um Verwechslungen vorzubeugen. Je nach Grösse ist die Zylindereinheit bereits im Werkzeugsatz enthalten und muss nicht gesondert bestellt werden (s. Tabelle). SERTOmatic est un appareil transportable pour le montage rapide des raccordements SERTO jusqu’à 35 mm. Malgré son poids de env. 35 kg, SERTOmatic est optimal pour une utilisation mobile parce qu'il ya que besoin d'un raccordement électrique 230 V. SERTOmatic convient particulièrement pour le montage sur site mais aussi pour des petites séries tout en garantissant une pression de serrage parfaite avec une qualité constante, économique et rentable. On nécessite un jeu d’outillage approprié par taille "D" et par type de matériel; ces outillages sont étiquetés pour éviter les confusions. Dépendant de la taille, l'unité de cylindre est déjà inclus dans les insertions d'outil (voir table) et ne doivent pas être commandé séparément. Une liste des raccords appropriés à une pression de serrage est disponible sur demande. SERTOmatic is a mobile unit for safe and fast assembly of SERTO unions up to 35 mm. Despite its weight of about 35 kg, the SERTOmatic is ideal for use on site as it only needs to be connected to a power source of 230 V. SERTOmatic is ideal for single mounting on site as well as for small series and guarantees perfect pressing every time while ensuring consistent quality and cost effectiveness. A tool adaptor is required for each size "D" and material type; these are marked for easy identification. Depending on the size, the cylinder unit is already included in the tool adapter and does not need to be ordered separately (see table).
