Specifications:
The thermal protection material consists of aluminum foil bonded to glass cloth using ZT Flex-HT 260-Silicon adhesive. It has a thickness of 0.45 mm and can withstand continuous temperatures up to 250°C. The material is available upon request.

- Basis Weight: 550 g/m² with a tolerance of +/- 15% (DIN 12127B)
- Thickness: 0.45 mm with a tolerance of +/- 15% (DIN EN 5084)
- Outside Face: Aluminised foil with HT silicon adhesive
- Inside Face: Glass cloth
- Warp Strength: > 500 N/cm (DIN EN 13934-1)
- Weft Strength: > 300 N/cm (DIN EN 13934-1)

Temperature Resistance:
- Glass Cloth Temperature: -50°C to +550°C for long duration, -50°C to +650°C for short duration
- Max Operational Temperature: +250°C for 1000 hours, +270°C for 24 hours
- Note: Reduced tear strength at upper temperature levels

Fire Behavior:
The material is self-extinguishing as per DIN EN ISO 6941 standards.
