Specifications:
The thermal protection material is a glass cloth with an aluminised PET-foil on one side and a white glass-fiber cloth on the reverse. It has a thickness of 0.4 mm and can withstand continuous temperatures up to 180°C. The basis weight is 520 g/m² with a tolerance of +/- 10% as per ISO 2286-2A, and the thickness is 0.4 mm with a tolerance of +/- 10% according to ISO 2286-3.

Material Composition:
The outside face is made of aluminised PET-foil, while the inside face consists of glass-fiber cloth. The warp count is 19 threads/cm with a strength greater than 350 daN/50 mm, and the weft count is 11 threads/cm with a strength greater than 250 daN/50 mm, both tested according to DIN 53-853 and DIN 53-354 respectively.

Temperature Resistance:
The glass cloth can endure temperatures from -50°C to +550°C for long durations and up to +850°C for short durations. The composite material can withstand temperatures from -50°C to +180°C for long durations and up to +200°C for short durations. Note that tear strength is reduced at higher temperature levels.

Availability:
The material is available in various diameters ranging from 10 mm to 100 mm. Customised pieces are available on request, and different track options such as C Track, V Track, Hook and Loop, BP Track, and Snap Button are offered.
