The PRRC’s goal is to restore the health of the Pasig River, a major transport route and critical feeder source of Laguna de Bay (one of the biggest freshwater lakes in the world). The fuel polishers also have a dual purpose. They are being used as clean fuel dispensers for the equipment located on the dredging barges.
