Overview
The Model RPG is an automatic sampler designed for bulk solids such as granules, powders, flakes, and pellets. It is engineered to prevent product degradation and can be installed in spouts, hoppers, or transfer chutes. The sampler is constructed with 304 stainless steel and Teflon® seals.

Operation
The sampler uses an air cylinder and rotary actuator to collect samples. The air cylinder extends the sample tube into the process line, rotates the sample chamber to collect a sample, and then retracts and discharges the sample.

- Controller with range timer for preset samples.
