Turbine flow meter Flow sensor LHF-12 are intended to measuring of small quantities of líquids. The most outstanding features are: -Low cost sensor -Range 5 to 65 l/min -Simple construction -Small dimensions and weight -High repeatability -Wide temperature range -Operating pressure up to 25 bar Measuring principle Flow causes the bladed rotor of the LFH to turn at an angular velocity directly proportional to the fluid velocity. As the blades pass beneath a magnètic pickup coil, a frecuency signal is generated. Each pulse is equivalent to a discrete volume of fluid. The frequency pulse is directly proportional to the rotor angula velocity and the flow rate. Advantages The large number of pulses gives a high frequency and good resolution. Also, as the mass of the turbine are very small the response time is very short. It is a very simple mechanical instrument who guarantees a long life in a good repeteability zone.
