Flux Removal:

General Instructions:
Ensure surfaces are free from oil, grease, or contaminants. Store flux away from heat, moisture, and water to prevent caking. Maintain proper hygiene as these are mild chemicals.
Usage Notes:
  1. Use flux in powder form or mix with water to create a paste.
  2. Heat the filler metal rod and dip into the flux, or sprinkle on the workpiece.
  3. Apply heat to activate the flux.
  4. Feed filler alloy into the joint once the flux liquefies.
  5. Clean residues with hot water post-brazing.

First Aid:
